To ensure our customers have this peace of mind, FH Construction offers a 7 year warranty on all our houses. The warranty is administered by The Atlantic Home Warrnty, which is a not for profit independent third party that ensures that new home buyers are completely satisfied..

The Warranty

On the day of sale, FH construction and the new home owner will sign the Certificate of Possession. This is sent to Atlantic Home Warranty by us, who would then issue the home owner with a warranty certificate.
The warranty will be valid upon the receiving of the certificate. Any reported deficiencies within the first year will be taken care of by FH Construction. After the first year, home owner concerns would be passed on to and looked after by Atlantic Home Warranty.
